Order Processing

All orders are processed within one to two working days after payment is confirmed or immediately after placing a Cash on Delivery order.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping within Pakistan

We deliver across all cities in Pakistan through Insta World, our trusted logistics aggregator.

Delivery time is as follows:
• 3-5 working days for Karachi and major cities
• 5-8 working days for all other locations across Pakistan

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time is twenty to thirty working days.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link through WhatsApp and email from our store. You can use this link to stay updated on the progress of your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. Azka Organics cannot take responsibility for delays or undelivered packages caused by an incorrect address.
