1. Return Eligibility (Pakistan Only)

We offer a three day return window for all customers within Pakistan. You may request a return for any reason, even if the product has been opened.

To be eligible for a return within Pakistan:

  • The request must be made within three days of delivery

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

2. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect, we will immediately send a free replacement, valid for all customers worldwide.

No return is required.

Just contact us with your order number and photos so we can assist quickly.

3. International Orders (All Countries Outside Pakistan)

For international customers, due to high global courier costs and food-safety regulations:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind

  • We do provide free replacements for damaged, leaked or incorrect items

  • No return shipment is required

This approach ensures a smooth and fair experience for our global customers.

4. Refund Process (Pakistan Only)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within seven working days.

Bank or card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

If more than fifteen working days have passed after approval, please contact us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, simply:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Receive your refund (if applicable)

  3. Place a fresh order

This keeps the process fast, transparent and fair for everyone.
